The Community of Murrindindi-Woodbourne's Winter Warmers (Bushfire Recovery) Special Bus trip and Dinner to Trawool on Friday th

Our wonderful community had three pick up points by bus, (graciously driven by Dennis Hodge from Flowerdale) the first pick up point was at Helen and Gerard Hauser's where 17 boarded and then onto Cummins Lane where another wonderful bunch of locals boarded. We then travelled into Yea where we had to pick up 2 more passengers. Once all were on board Stan Banbury did the honours of letting everyone know where we were going. We were headed to Trawool Valley Resort, where a 2 course meal had been organized. Some locals arrived by car as they couldn't make the bus pick up times.
We all had a wonderful time and the staff at Trawool were great.
During the evening our Community Representatives to VBRRA showed us the plans to the proposed Community Meeting Room, it was met with a very warm response and lots of questions were asked and answered.
The night concluded with a rowdy trip home on the bus and we arrived back in Murrindindi around 11.30pm. Thanks to those who came along and made the night such fun and a success.

Trawool arranged for our own area and so the dinner was held in their Garden Room it was lovely.
